The former pro clima Hub asked for a unique business concept to educate and support the construction and building industry, and improve the way we build in New Zealand. This project included a full rebranding strategy including the definition of a human-centric brand identity, new brand design, compelling storytelling, a clear service offering and event concepts for architects and designers to connect and share inspiration with their community. I also assisted with the physical redesign of their Auckland event and training space to make it more collaborative and promote the exchange of ideas. More than 100 industry professionals joined us for a launch celebration of the rebrand and updated event space. This event was everything that NOTION was about - rapid-fire speeches, a giant puzzle, an edible garden and funky band. It was a surprising shake-up; new, inspiring and bold for a rather conservative market. The launch was followed by monthly interactive and educational events online and offline to grab attendees’ attention, increase participation and create a unique event experience. My work included setting NOTION’s event strategy, topics, goals, timelines and planning task deadlines for in-person events and online events, as well as the creation of rich digital marketing and social media experiences to promote each event. Average attendance was 200+ for each event. Across 2020 and 2021 we organised over 60 events and reached almost 8,000 attendees.

When we needed a sustainable business model for our event and training facility, Therese brought new and fresh ideas to the table.
