Seats2Meet began its journey in 2007 as an experiment to explore the collective benefits of organic knowledge-sharing in a collaborative working environment. As Manager of a co-working space in the biggest shopping mall in Berlin (Boulevard Berlin) and a member of the International Sales Team, I acted as Seats2Meet's Brand Ambassador for the German-speaking market. This multi-faceted role included setting and implementing social media and communications campaigns which aligned with organisational marketing strategies, creating engaging text, image and video content, and coordinating PR and communications activities to ensure brand consistency. A heavy customer focus also prioritised organising events, monitoring online feedback and building relationships with customers, industry professionals and the media.
